Upon first time log in, DO NOT close the browser while you retrieve your secure access code. Simply minimize the screen.
The access code you receive is good for one time use and expires after 15 minutes.
A “cookie” will be placed on your computer, which helps identify you as the user. This cookie is valid for 365 days. If you delete cookies on your computer, you will be required to re-register your browser.
Browser activations are limited to 100. If that number is exceeded, you will need to contact the Bank to be reset.
Passwords requirements: minimum of 6 characters, maximum of 15. Must contain 1 number. Passwords expire after 90 days. New ones cannot be the same as the last 10 you created.
After 3 failed login attempts, you will be locked out of the system for security reasons. Contact the Bank to be reset.
When performing a funds transfer, you must approve the transaction for it to actually occur. If you do not, it will just stay in a drafted status and will not post to your account.
Money transferred online between accounts will NOT immediately be available for use at the ATM or for Point of Sale Purchases. It will be available for bill paying options.
After 90 days of inactivity, a customer account will become disabled. After 180 days of inactivity, the account will be deleted from the online site.
