Microsoft® has announced that they have discontinued support for Windows® XP on April 8, 2014. This means that they no longer provide technical assistance or security updates for Windows XP systems. Although plans to end support for XP does not currently affect your access to UNB Bank’s Online Banking service, we want to keep you informed so you can take appropriate action to ensure the continued security of your computer system.

  • Passwords requirements: minimum of 8 characters, maximum of 10. The password needs to contain at least three out of the following four characters, Uppercase letter, Lowercase letter, number or symbol. The password will expire in one year.
  • After 3 failed login attempts, you will be locked out of the system for security reasons. Please contact UNB Bank at 570-339-1040 for assistance.

UNB Bank will not request your personal information (e.g., account number, Social Security Number, password etc.) through email or website pop ups.
